This hands-on session walks through the five stages that actually put more money in the till:

• Converting attention into sales

• Turning one customer into the next

Every attendee leaves having reflected, with someone else's help, on what truly makes their business worth choosing, and pinned it down in plain words.

About the facilitator

Steve Davis is the co-founder of Talked About Marketing, with 20 years in marketing communications and over 8,000 small business conversations behind him. He brings an outside perspective to businesses too close to their own work to see it clearly, grounded in practical frameworks, not jargon.
