Doing things that bring us a sense of meaning and purpose is one way to support our mental health and wellbeing. In this interactive webinar, we’ll talk about how living life in line with our values can help us to keep a healthy headspace and can help our wellbeing at work.

We’ll discuss:

What happens to our mental health when our activities align or conflict with our values
How to identify our values and ways that they can be incorporated into our lives
Ways that we can live in line with our values at work
