Come for a morning of energising bodyweight exercise, stay for a healthy morning tea and morning-mingle. Facilitated by Personal Trainer and founder of the Ashfield Running Club, coach Yong Ho Son. 

Hosted at the Inner West Sustainability Hub, our site is powered by renewable energy and is 100% divested from fossil fuels. Learn about the concepts of greening your fitness, and how to make sustainable choices with your fitness. Bookings essential! 

Where: Inner West Sustainability Hub, 7 Prospect Rd, Summer Hill. The Education Space is towards the back of the site, at the end of the blue pedestrian path, near the garden space.

Safety: Please note that registering for this class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor.

Accessibility: If you have any access or support requirements in order to participate fully please let us know. The site is accessible via paved pathways with a slight slope from street to buildings.

Allergies: Please let us know if you have any allergies and we will try our best to accommodate you. All food is plant-based. 

Who: This workshop is provided free to residents of the Inner West local government area. This service is presented by the Green Living Centre, an initiative of Inner West Council. As numbers are limited, the service is only available to residents of Inner West Council area. Search by address at the Office of Local Government website to find your local government area, if you're unsure. Proof of residential address will be required.
