Join us for a transformative series of transition support and mental wellbeing/ mental fitness seminars. These seminars are custom designed and led by renowned Workplace Psychologist and Co-founder of Get Mentally Fit, Emily Johnson and are ideally suited to both current and ex-serving defence force members. The three customised workshops specifically focus on practically supporting participants to navigate the military to civilian life journey more skillfully. 

Whether you have recently transitioned out of the Defence Force, it's up and coming, or it's been a 20 year/ more extended journey for you, this series of seminars is ideally designed to help. As part of a mixed veteran cohort, you will be professionally supported to collectively explore the experience that is the veteran to civilian life journey. 

You will walk away with invaluable theoretical insights and practical, implementable tools to safeguard your personal and collective growth.

Seminar 1: 

  • Date: Thursday, June 6th, 2024

  • Topic: "How to build a healthy, mentally fit mindset for life"

Seminar 2: 

  • Date: Thursday, July 4th, 2024 
  • Time: 09:30am - 11:00am 
  • Topic: "How to develop emotional intelligence in the workplace"

Seminar 3: 

  • Date: Thursday, August 1st, 2024 
  • Time: 09:30am - 11:30am 
  • Topic: "How to leverage the neuroscience of motivation for sustained success & habit formation"

These sessions are crafted to enhance self-awareness, motivation, and habit formation, resilience, and community engagement. The aim of the Series is to build a holistic approach to safeguarding participants personal and collective levels of mental wellbeing/ mental fitness and life satisfaction.

So, whether you're in the midst of transition or seeking further personal growth, these seminars will offer you invaluable guidance and support.
