"Apprentices aren't as good as they used to be." "They don't want to work." "How many times do I have to tell them?"

If you run a trade business with apprentices, you know the feeling. You explain the job, they nod, and it still comes back wrong. They stand around waiting to be told what's next. The phone comes out the second you turn your back. You pull them up, and they either shut down or take it personally.

Some days you wonder if they even want to be there.

And it costs you.

Rework. Jobs running over. Your best tradies tied up supervising. Your own time going into someone who might not last the year.

Most of the time, the apprentice isn't a lost cause. Two things are missing: a way of getting through to them, and a clear picture of what "good" looks like that you both understand.

Get More From Your Apprentice is a three-hour workshop that gives you the practical tools to fix both:

Connect with your apprentice. Understand how they take in information and feedback, so what you say lands.
Set clear performance expectations. Spell out the standard on time, quality and attitude, so there's no room for "I didn't know".
Get better results. Pull problems up early, reinforce the effort you want to see more of, and get more out of the hours you're investing in them.

It’s a small group, so you get instant feedback and advice on what you’re facing with your apprentice, and leave with tools you can use straight away.

Finish the year with an apprentice who’s switched on, not switched off.

Guaranteed to help you get more from your apprentice, or your money back.
