Get Sh*t Done Session: Customers: journey & pipeline development
Event description
Are you stuck in the cycle of responding to clients and never working on the business?
Ground Level is launching our Get Sh*t Done! Sessions - With the first (of four) this year - focusing on Customers.
What is a Get Sh*t Done session?
Get Sh*t Done is a collaborative workshop to keep you accountable and focus on getting work done related to working on the business rather than in the business.
A structured time and space to work alongside other small business owners, to share, learn, and do!
Why?
Collectively as business owners, we've formed an immense knowledge bank from running a business over the years, yet we may let working 'on' the business shift to the bottom of the pile. This is about making it a priority, plus having the opportunity to hear new and different perspectives to get you motivated and improve and get sh*t done!
- Get a chunk of work done
- Build capability through collaboration
- Facilitated peer development
- Friendly sounding board
- Share knowledge, tips, tricks, and templates
- Overcome roadblocks
- Be kept accountable
- Leave with an actionable plan to finish the work
Is it for me?
