Getting prepared for the fire season - Community event for Port Hills Residents

The Port Hills sit in the Urban/Rural fringe where fire is a hazard in hot dry conditions. If you live on the Port Hills, there are things you can do to be better prepared with your property and your family. The Waihoro Spreydon-Cashmere-Heathcote Community Board is sponsoring a series of sessions with Fire and Emergency NZ (FENZ) to help you get prepared and where possible prevent fires.
