New or unfamiliar with the gym? This guided, small-group session introduces you to gym equipment and beginner-friendly exercises, so you can feel confident in the gym and get the most out every workouts so you can feel confident and get the most out of your workouts.

To support you on your fitness journey, each participant will receive one complimentary casual gym pass (valued at $13.80) for use at the VU Health and Fitness Centre – Werribee.

All fitness levels are welcome. Participants must be 16 years old or older.
