Join us for this highly engaging morning workshop and learn about how to get to WOW. We will start to develop a WOW STATEMENT for your operation and maybe, one of your own.

OPENING Session

• What is a WOW Statement?
• What are the Key Points to Focus On?
• How long should it be?
• What are the three optional targets?
• What MUST your WOW statement include?

WORKSHOP

• Attendees pair up with others.
• Each group then has 45 minutes to use the formula.
• One person from each group presents their WOW statement.
• Group discussion and exchange of ideas.

Your coach is Dave Thompson, has 50 years of experience in the cleaning & service industry after operating a BSC, Consulting company and an international Green Cleaning Corp.  His knowledge is being provided to you in an effort to inform, motivate and inspire you to do the same with others in the janitorial profession.
