Purpose and Nature of the Workshop:

This workshop incorporates guided relaxation, holistic counselling techniques, and Sound and Frequency Healing to support emotional balance, stress relief, and mental clarity.

These practices are offered as complementary wellness modalities and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or psychological care. Individual experiences may vary.

Use of Wireless Headsets and Sound/Frequency Healing:

For optimal relaxation and focus, this workshop includes the use of wireless headsets to deliver guided prompt, meditation, calming frequencies, and therapeutic soundscapes.

Important Information Regarding Wireless Headset and Sound/Frequency Use:

· The wireless headsets provided during the workshop are thoroughly sanitised and maintained for hygiene and safety.

· Participants must inform the facilitator of any hearing impairments, sensitivities, or concerns prior to using the equipment.

· Individuals with medical devices, including pacemakers or hearing aids, should consult their healthcare provider before participating.

· If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse reaction during headset or sound/frequency use, please notify the facilitator immediately and discontinue use.

· Participation in activities involving sound or frequency therapy may involve exposure to vibrations or frequencies that could affect certain medical conditions. Participants assume full responsibility for their participation.

Confidentiality Agreement:

I understand that my privacy and confidentiality are respected during and after the workshop. However, as the workshop is conducted in a group setting, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed by other participants.

I acknowledge and consent that if the practitioner reasonably believes there is an immediate or imminent risk to my health, safety, or well-being, the practitioner is authorised to seek additional support or make a referral to appropriate services, including medical or emergency services, as necessary to ensure my welfare.
