This practical workshop is designed for business owners and leadership teams who want greater clarity, stronger accountability and better results from their businesses.

Many leaders experience similar challenges as their business grows:

  • Feeling like the business is running them rather than the other way around

  • People issues or a lack of accountability within the team

  • Profit not matching the level of effort going in

  • Growth slowing down or hitting a ceiling

If any of these sound familiar, this workshop introduces a simple framework used by leadership teams to strengthen their businesses and regain control.

What You Will Learn

Adam Harris, Certified EOS Implementer, will introduce the six key components that drive healthy, successful businesses and share practical tools leadership teams use to create clarity, alignment and traction.

The six components are:

  • Vision

  • People

  • Data

  • Issues

  • Process

  • Traction

These principles sit at the core of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) which has helped more than 300,000 businesses worldwide simplify how they operate and achieve their vision.

The workshop provides practical insights and ideas you can apply immediately, whether or not you choose to formally implement EOS.

Accountability Session

Naomi Harris will also run a short segment focused on resetting accountability within leadership teams, sharing a simple approach to help teams become clearer, more aligned and moving in the same direction.

EOS and Frank & Fearless

For some leaders, EOS becomes the operating system they use to run their business.

For others, the workshop simply opens the door to deeper conversations about leadership, ownership and how their teams work together.

Through Frank & Fearless coaching, leaders can also continue developing stronger accountability, clearer expectations and greater ownership within their organisations.

Guest Speaker: Ben Kershaw

To wrap up the presentations, we will be joined by local business leader Ben Kershaw for a 10-minute segment sharing his insights and experiences.

What You Will Walk Away With

  • A clearer understanding of what may be holding your business back
