Marketing Technology Meets Customer Experience: Insights from Industry Leaders

Thursday, September 17 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Revelance (8460 Duke Blvd. Mason OH 45040)

Join getWITit Cincinnati and the American Marketing Association for an evening of insights, innovation, and networking as we explore the evolving intersection of marketing, technology, and customer engagement.

Today's organizations have access to more customer data, digital channels, and marketing technologies than ever before — and every vendor now claims an AI layer. But more tools doesn't automatically mean better connection. How do businesses cut through the noise, avoid tool sprawl, and actually use technology to build trust, loyalty, and lasting customer relationships?

Our panel of marketing and technology leaders will share real-world perspectives on centralizing MarTech stacks, using AI and automation without losing the human element, and creating content that works for both people and the algorithms reading it. Attendees will walk away with practical insight into what's actually working, what's just noise, and how to know the difference.

What You'll Learn

How to evaluate whether a new AI tool earns a place in your stack — or if you already have what you need
How to measure real ROI on AI investments, including hidden costs like token usage, versus just paying for another assistant
How leaders are building trust internally first, so it translates authentically to customers
Why you can't automate a bad process — and how to rethink workflows before adding new technology
How to create content that's optimized for AI and LLMs without losing the human voice
Who should own AI and martech strategy, and how to build a cross-functional approach that sticks

We’ve brought together four leaders who work this territory every day to talk shop: what’s actually working, what martech promises versus what it delivers, and how the best teams are using technology to build customer experiences people remember for the right reasons.
