My name is Chris Volpe and I'm a serial entrepreneur and creator. Over the last 15 years I've built multiple thriving businesses by following my heart and intuition whilst grounding them in solid systems and principles.

I'm super passionate about sharing what I've learnt on my entrepreneurial journey and I can't wait to share it with you. I'm offering a series of Workshops for Entrepreneur and Business Owners in the Northern Rivers to share some of the 12 Pillars of The Guided Entrepreneur at my new home and business venture and Guided Entrepreneur experiment, AUSBROMS - Wholesale Bromeliads of Australia.

WORKSHOP FOCUS : SYSTEMS for Growth, Scalability and Success.

In this 2 hour workshop I will be sharing first hand from our experience at AUSBROMS over the last few months..entrepreneurship in realtime! I will also be drawing from my years of experience with Fox Wardrobes and my first business Chillazy.

• - Why setting up systems are the key to your business success. 

This Workshop will focus on two of the 12 Guided Entrepreneur Pillars : PILLAR 8 - I AM EXPANSION - and  PILLAR 11- I AM FREE - Build Strong Systems

This workshop is part of Guided Entrepreneur Series, which will cover; listening to inner guidance, building and bringing together a team, working out first priorities, challenges around pricing and profit, learning the current business model to innovate and disrupt, setting up effective systems to support growth and health of the business, keeping myself inspired and leading from the heart and the numbers. Theme of each workshop is chosen based on the previous fortnights learnings and what is asked by the GE community.
