Goddess Gathering: Hecate
Event description
Goddess Gathering: Hecate | Samhain/Halloween
We will gather near Samhain (Halloween) to honor Hecate, the wonderfully witchy and complex Greek Goddess of boundaries, magick, crossroads, the moon and the night. She's the perfect Goddess to honor as we move close to Samhain (pronounced Sow-ehn) aka Halloween, the night many spiritual practitioners around the world believe the veil between the living and spirit realms are thinnest and we can connect with our beloved dead. For this reason, it is the most sacred of the Celtic Sabbats for me. We will create a temporary ancestor altar during our ritual, so please bring any photos, items, or mementos of loved ones who have passed on that you would like to honor during this circle.
This event is limited to 12 attendees. Please purchase your ticket by October 17.
We will gather at The Blackbird House in Wethersfield, CT. I am honored to have found a new home for my Goddess Gatherings! We will meet in a private room within this metaphysical shop and powerful healing space. The shop closes at 6, so if you'd like to explore and shop, please arrive early and give yourself time to do so to be respectful of our hosts. There is free parking available on the street or at the public parking lot at the Keeney Memorial Cultural Center down the street.
We will begin promptly at 6pm. If you're anything like me and always running a bit behind 😅, please arrive early to park, shop and settle in so we can begin on time. Thank you! 💖
