Looking for something a little different from your usual yoga class? Join us at Goat House Farm for AcroYoga, a playful combination of yoga, partner acrobatics, and teamwork that brings people together through movement, balance, and a healthy dose of laughter.

AcroYoga is all about connection and cooperation. You'll work with partners to explore poses, practice balance, build strength and flexibility, and learn to trust both yourself and the people supporting you. Some poses might look impressive, but you don't need to be an acrobat, a gymnast, or even particularly flexible to give it a try. Our instructor will guide you through movements appropriate for your experience level, with an emphasis on having fun and learning together.

No partner? No problem! Come on your own, bring a friend, or make some new ones. AcroYoga is a wonderful way to connect with others, challenge yourself, and discover that you're capable of more than you might expect.

A Little Adventure on the Farm

Our AcroYoga classes take place in the relaxed, natural setting of Goat House Farm, surrounded by the sights and sounds of a working farm near Lake Talquin. It's a chance to step away from your usual routine, enjoy some fresh air, and experience movement in a way that's both playful and rewarding.

Unlike our popular goat yoga classes, AcroYoga isn't an animal-interaction experience. The goats won't be participating, although this is their farm, and one or two curious residents may occasionally wander over to see what everyone is doing. Apparently, they like to supervise.

Move, Laugh, and Connect

Whether you're curious about trying something new, looking for a fun activity with friends, or hoping to develop strength, coordination, and confidence, AcroYoga offers a welcoming space to explore and play. You might surprise yourself with a new skill, discover an unexpected talent for balancing, or simply have a wonderful time laughing with your fellow participants.

Goat House Farm is a nonprofit working dairy goat farm and home to Get Goating, our youth agricultural education program. Your participation helps support our animals and the hands-on agricultural learning opportunities we provide for young people.

Come ready to move, try something new, and have a little fun. We'll provide the farm atmosphere, and the goats may provide occasional commentary!
