Goat Yoga
Description
Goat Yoga at Goat House Farm 🐐🧘♀️

A little yoga, a lot of goats, and absolutely no guarantee you'll keep a straight face!
Looking for something fun and a little different to do in Tallahassee? Come spend some time with our dairy goats at Goat House Farm, where downward dog might come with a goat investigating your hair, your yoga mat, or your ability to concentrate!
Our goat yoga classes combine a relaxed, beginner-friendly yoga session with plenty of opportunities to laugh, unwind, and interact with our friendly, curious goats. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or have never stepped onto a yoga mat, you're welcome here. Flexibility is optional, but a sense of humor is highly recommended!
What to Expect

Our 45-minute goat yoga class takes place outdoors at our beautiful working farm near Lake Talquin. You'll enjoy gentle yoga led by an instructor while our goats wander among participants, make new friends, and occasionally offer their own interpretations of the poses.
Some goats enjoy a cuddle, others prefer to inspect your belongings, and a few are convinced the entire class was organized for their personal entertainment. We tend to agree with that last group.
And the fun doesn't end when yoga does! You're welcome to stay after class to hang out with the goats, take pictures, give a few extra scratches, and enjoy some more time with your new four-legged friends. There's no need to rush off the moment the final pose is finished.

Yoga With a Purpose

Goat House Farm is a nonprofit working dairy goat farm and home to Get Goating, our hands-on youth agricultural education program. Through animal care, agricultural education, and livestock experiences, we help young people develop confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills.
When you join us for goat yoga, you're doing more than enjoying an afternoon with some very entertaining animals. You're also supporting our farm, our goats, and the educational opportunities we provide for local youth.
Come for the Yoga. Stay for the Goats.

Bring a friend, plan a unique date, or treat yourself to something that makes you smile. There's something wonderfully ridiculous about trying to hold a yoga pose while a Nubian goat decides you're the most interesting person in the pasture.
Reserve your spot and come get your goat on! 🐐💕
