We are a team of down to earth healers that are dedicated to guiding our clients through emotional, physical and energetic blockages. Through various modalities, we specialise in bringing balance back into the body, mind and soul.

We use real language and spiritual straight talk. Our treatments and workshops are designed to complement each other and help you with your overall healing or explorative journey. We bring together a community of likeminded people ranging in age, profession and background. We treat clients at all stages of their life journey from in utero to adulthood.

Element Wellness and Healing was birthed from the vision of owner and practicing Kinesiologist, Janelle Green, to create a space where everyone feels welcome. She is well aware that entering a wellness space may sometimes be intimidating. Doubts may enter your thoughts, ‘Am I spiritual enough?’ ‘I don’t really understand why I’m here’ ‘I feel different, but don’t know why’ ‘Will they like me?’ ‘Will I fit in?’ ‘Am I too broken to be healed’ ‘Will I be judged?’ To these questions we answer 'You are welcome here, we see you and we are excited to get to know you better'.

Element is a place where you will be greeted with open arms and leave feeling accepted, heard and cared for.
