Learn to make Giardiniera whilst supporting charities of Inner Wheel Club Balmain
Event description
John & Bree Velluti, current owners of 50 year old Frank’s Fruit Market in Haberfield, in collaboration with the lovely ladies of Inner Wheel Balmain invite you to come and learn how to make Giardiniera - a traditional method of preserving vegetables - eggplants, carrots & fennel in olive oil and vinegar. This is a very special community event that will be hosted in the beautiful grounds of St David's Uniting Church in Dalhousie Street, Haberfield.
