THE GIFT OF ME is a revolutionary movement pioneered by Nidhi, Kabinga, and Serena to promote community mental health and wellbeing.

It will be launched during Wyndham Learning Festival and introduced through an animated short film and interactive workshop to achieve the following objectives:

To offer a sanctuary for anyone who’s ever felt overlooked, overwhelmed, or out of place.
To foster self-acceptance and gratitude and inspire change, reflection, and positive mental health practices through the message of the film.
To reconnect attendees to the power that lives within us when we stop apologizing for who we are and start honoring ourselves as the gift we’ve always been.
To counter the pressures and expectations of a fast-paced world that emphasizes external achievements over internal worth.
To guide attendees to realize that healing and self-acceptance are essential steps towards greater resilience and a more compassionate and empathetic society.
