Event description

Is your inner critic savage? Do you long to be seen and celebrated for who you really are? This unique workshop will explore the power and beauty of shame, and its potential to connect us to belonging and integrity. We can see shame as a valuable gift rather than life-destroying or cringe and let it move us towards life.

• Make peace with imperfection

• Celebrate mistakes

• Be your true self bravely

• Talk kindly to yourself

• See both strength and vulnerability

• Unravel who you were told to be

• Hold compassion for others

Gentle, powerful and moving workshop that will support you to be a full, real human. You will learn practical tools and frameworks from Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience researchers.

Rachel will talk about the impact of shame, core NVC concepts, the shame compass and how we can recognise and move through shame with resilience and compassion.

Neurodiverse, queer, bipoc friendly space. All are welcome. Unlock who you were meant to be.
