This is an incredibly limited in-person event where you'll have the chance to hear presentations from Head Chef Jason Peppler and Cellar Door Manager Angus Bloe about the art of pairing gin with food. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind tasting experience!
As always, there is a brand new tasting menu from our last event, so if you've been before, always been meaning to come, or never heard of Gin & Food Pairings, now is your chance!
Takeaway bottles of the entire Nosferatu Distillery range will be available on the night at special Gin & Food Tasting Prices.

- Is there an age requirement?
This is exclusively an 18+ Event
- Is there parking onsite
Jeays St has a number of street parks available. We do however recommend catching a rideshare or public transport in due to the 4 tasting gins supplied. Bowen Hills Train Station is a short walk away, and Jeays St is a relatively quiet street for Uber exits and pick ups.
- Can my friends come if they are not doing the tasting?
This is a closed event for ticket holders only. We run very limited seating for these tastings and reserve those seats for those who are apart of the event.
- Will mixers be available
Paired Tonic, Soda & Ice will be available throughout the event.
- Are other drinks & food available
The kitchen is closed for this event but we trust you will leave full! The bar will be open for all other drinks, including non-alcoholics or another nip of your last gin.
