Join us for a special Beam Suntory event, ‘GIN PALACE goes dark’, as we open the dark depths of the Swamp Room, and serve the unexpected.
This will be two sessions of a bespoke food and cocktail pairing of small plates, each presented individually by one of our knowledgeable staff. Enjoy these three very unique cocktails that highlight The Perfect Blend.
We will be flipping it around and serving the darker side of the spirits world. Connor, Shenai & Surekha will be serving their Perfect Blend cocktails, shrouded in darkness themselves.
So kick off your heels, let down your hair and come join us for some dark spirits and bespoke food pairing of accoutrements.
