PHC Rotaract Gingerbread House Decorating for Kidswest!

Ready for Christmas? 

Want to spread the holiday spirit by supporting a local cause?

Gather your friends and loved ones to build and decorate a gingerbread house together!!

The Rotaract Club of Pennant Hills-Cherrybrook is a local community service and charity organisation. This Christmas, we're raising money for Kids West, a Western Sydney children's charity that funds medical equipment for children in need and develops childhood accident awareness and prevention programs.

Join our fantastic members at the Pennant Hills Leisure and Learning Centre for a fun afternoon filled with lollies and icing, your favourite Christmas tunes and oodles of festive cheer!

Profits will be donated to Kids West.

What will happen on the day?

You will be provided with everything need to build and decorate a gingerbread house. Club members will help guide the building process after which you will be given time to decorate your gingerbread house however you'd like to! Let your imagination go wild!!

What's included in the kit?

Kits include: Gingerbread house, icing, cake board, limited lollies for decorations, and packaging (so you can take your creations home!).

Extra lollies will be available for purchase on the day. 

BYO lollies and decorations are encouraged!

When: 12th December 2021, 3:30 - 6:00 pm

Ticketing

Each ticket includes ONE gingerbread house kit. Pricing is dependent on the number of people (max 4) who will be working on the one kit.

• Ticket price for 1-2 people: $25
• Ticket price for 3 people: $30
• Ticket price for 4 people: $35

Due to COVID-19 venue capacity restrictions, if you intend to be supervising your children, but do not intend to be building the house yourself, you must still count yourself in the attendee numbers for a ticket.

NSW Discover Vouchers are accepted! 

All attendees of age 16+ must be fully vaccinated, with proof, and all attendees are required to wear masks at the event.
