Meet your gym bestie IRL at the Girl Gains x 24 Hour Fitness event. We're teaming up with SDSU Girl Gains to host a free, modus-style workout designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting your fitness journey, this event is for you.

Note: Please allot extra time to park and navigate the facility. The gym is located in UTC mall on the ground floor. The entrance to the gym is underground apart from the main floor of the mall. There is a 2-hour free parking window if you choose to park in the mall garage.

The itinerary:

8:30 AM-8:55 AM: Check in

9:00 AM-10:00 AM: Workout class led by the 24 Hour Team! (16 slots available)

10:00 AM-11:00 AM: Social hour and explore our vendors!

11:00 AM-12:00 PM: Workout class led by the 24 Hour Team! (16 slots available)

How to prepare:

Bring a water bottle
Come properly fueled
Wear workout clothes and lifting-friendly shoes

FAQ's:

1. Who can attend?

Our event is open to the public for free. The workout slots are first come, first serve as there are only 16 slots available per class. Anyone is welcome to attend our social hour regardless of workout class reservation.

2. What is a MODUS workout class?

MODUS is balanced program that optimizes strength, power and endurance. From kettlebells and medicine balls to erg bikes and battle ropes, you’ll work together with your coach regardless of where you're starting.

3. Do I have to be a Girl Gains member / have a 24 Hour Fitness Membership to attend? Does this cost money?

Nope and nope! We welcome all.
