Discover the powerful and moving performances of Michelle Cashman. More than soul-stirring music; Michelle’s shows are powerly and deeply intimate experiences designed not only to entertain but to inspire and change lives.

Michelle interweaves her personal story of childhood trauma, mental illness, addiction, and homelessness with evidence-based research on the impact of trauma and ways to heal.

Delivered with authentic raw honesty through stripped-back acoustic songs and a stellar vocal, Michelle’s heartfelt stories are balanced by her dry wit and humour, creating an entertaining journey that will make you laugh, make you cry, but also remind you of the inherent power you possess to create change in your life and the lives of others.
