Girl's Night is my version of a women's circle. An opportunity to connect and gather with other like minded women, in a safe and loving environment.

Breathwork

Snacks and tea, to celebrate one last circle at Studio Alora!

What to bring:

Journal or something to write on
Water bottle
Blanket for the breathwork journey and meditation

To respect everyone’s time and keep the safety of the container, we will begin at 10:00am sharp.

Avoid eating a heavy meal, consuming alcohol and/or caffeine prior to the event. There will be snacks after the breathwork journey.

Cancellation cannot be made to a ticket, this can be passed on to another willing attendee. By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge your agreement, and consent for any content taken on the day used for marketing purposes, as well as signing up to our mailing list where you will be sent promotional emails for upcoming events, follow ups, access to exclusive discounts and more.
