Girl talk! Will be part informative/workshop and part conversation. I.e. what the heck is it!???

We will cover what's going on with our hormones, the (long!) list of common Perimenopause symptoms, the impacts of stress, self care, mindset and how to rise from the ashes like a phoenix! Well that's the goal at least!

We will take a look at what is no longer serves us and consider our lifestyle and nutrition needs before, during and after this transitional time.

So let's go forth with more knowledge, empowered and self aware as we head into the next transition of life.

This workshop welcomes all women, but is particularly targeted at those in the 30-50 age range.

Herbal tea and healthy treats provided before the workshop starts so turn up at 7pm if that sounds like you!

The workshop kicks off at 7:30pm and finishes at 9pm.
