Three days. A beautiful coastal escape. A bunch of girls you may have never met before and a weekend designed to help you slow down, connect, try something new and make memories.🙌🏻

Girls Who Gather × Wholesome Adventure Club are heading to Seal Rocks, NSW from Friday 18 – Sunday 20 December for a Christmas getaway filled with ocean swims, wildlife, creativity, good food, confidence-building experiences, connection and a little bit of stepping outside your comfort zone.💗

You can come with a friend or come solo, you’ll be welcomed either way.

📍 Seal Rocks, NSW

🩷 Early Bird: $1,100 per person (HURRY!! ONLY 4 LEFT!)

💰 Refundable (until 11/09) deposit: $250 to secure your spot

💳 Remaining balance: $850, due by 30 Oct

Instalment payments can be arranged for those who need them

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

For this retreat to go ahead, we need a minimum of 6 bookings by 11 September.

If we don’t reach the minimum numbers by this date, your $250 deposit will be fully refunded. Refunds will generally be processed within 1–3 business days, although some banks may take up to 10 days to show the funds.

Once the retreat is confirmed, you will be notified on 11 September.

After 30 October, tickets become non-refundable except in genuinely serious circumstances, which can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

🛏️ WHERE WE'RE STAYING

We’ll be staying at Tretchery Beach Lodge, tucked away amongst the bushland near the beach.

Accommodation includes:

- 10 rooms with 4 single beds

- 1 room with a queen bed

If you already have someone you’d like to share the queen room with, please let us know when booking.

The queen/double-bed room is $1,200 per person, or $1,500 if you want it privately, with the same $250 deposit.

There is approximately a 5-minute drive along an unsealed road to reach the lodge but we promise it’s worth it. 🌿

🤳🏻Please note: there is no mobile reception in Seal Rocks. Consider this your sign to properly switch off for the weekend.

🌅 THE WEEKEND

FRIDAY — ARRIVE, SETTLE IN + CREATE

1:00pm — Welcome at Boat Beach

We’ll officially meet at Boat Beach for our welcome circle, goodie bags and an optional ocean dip for anyone who’s keen.

2:00pm — Head to Tretchery Beach Lodge + check-in

We’ll settle in, get your camp chair out in the communal area under the trees, and make ourselves at home.

4:00pm — Paint & Sip Picnic 🎨

An easy, no-pressure afternoon of painting, creativity and a beach picnic with a grazing board.

No artistic ability required. Just come ready to have fun.

7:30pm — BBQ Dinner

Dinner together back at the lodge.

After dinner — Optional meditation + journaling

A gentle way to wind down and settle into the weekend.

🐬 SATURDAY — OCEAN, WILDLIFE + WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

5:20am — Optional sunrise beach walk

For the early birds, we’ll head down to the beach to watch the sunrise and see what wildlife we can spot.

The beach is only around a 5-minute walk from the lodge, and we’ll keep an eye out for the local pod of dolphins. 🐬

Afterwards — Coffee + breakfast

Back to the lodge for a relaxed light buffet breakfast and time to get ready.

9:00am — Morning activities

We’ll meet at Boat Beach car park and split into two groups if the total number of attendees exceeds 15.

One group will head snorkelling while the other takes a nature walk towards the lighthouse look out.

After a nutritious Buddha bowl lunch on the beach, we’ll swap activities so everyone has the opportunity to experience both. This plan also may change depending on the group. Beach games will also be on offer during lunch time hehe

The exact activity split will depend on the group’s interests, snorkelling ability and conditions on the day, with the goal of creating the best experience possible.

Afternoon — Lodge downtime

Showers, snacks, relaxing and some well-earned free time.

6:00pm — Confidence Women Empowerment Sunset Shoot 📸

This one is for anyone who has ever thought:

“I could never do something like that.”

You’ll take part in a confidence-focused sunset photoshoot, with your photos included as part of the experience. You'll be encouraged to wear something you feel confident and empowered in! Bikini, cute dress, whatever makes you feel the most YOU!

You’ll be guided by our photographer, shown how to pose and supported by the girls around you.

And if it sounds completely outside your comfort zone?

That’s exactly who it’s for. 🩷

Evening > Girls Christmas Dinner 🎄

We’ll finish the day with a Christmas-themed dinner, games and a classic Christmas movie night.

🌊 SUNDAY — SLOW MORNING + CLOSING CIRCLE

Sunrise — Optional beach walk

One last slow morning by the ocean.

Morning — Light buffet breakfast

Breakfast together before packing up.

10:00am — Check-out

We’ll head back towards Boat Beach.

Journaling + Closing Circle

We’ll spend some time journaling, reflecting on the weekend and sharing a final closing circle before saying goodbye.
