Girls' Fitness Fun – All Levels Welcome!

This class is all about having fun, getting active, and building confidence—no matter your fitness level! We combine fitness with fun games and team activities, so you’ll get a great workout while having a blast with new friends. It's a supportive space where everyone is encouraged to do their best, grow stronger, and feel confident in themselves. Get ready to move, laugh, and have fun!

All you need to bring is a water bottle!

Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure we start on time.

Life happens, and we get it! If you need to cancel your spot, please give us 24 hours' notice. This way, we can make sure everyone has the chance to join in on the fun.

If you cancel 24 hours before, we’ll happily offer a refund or reschedule your session for another time that works better. We’re all about making things easy and stress-free, so just let us know if plans change.
