Join us for an empowering day of mindful movement, community connection & important discussions as we bring awareness to Women’s Health Week.

All proceeds donated to Zonta House Refuge Association supporting women and their families who have experienced family and domestic violence.

- Pop-up shop featuring Coastal Cove Swimwear and Soula Activewear

- Speakers on DV Awareness, Mental Health, Disordered Eating & Sustainability in Fashion
- Food and Tea provided

Pay-As-You-Feel Ticket (suggested donation $20-$40)
We believe that the benefits of yoga, pilates and self care should be shared with all women.
That's why we're offering 100% of tickets on a pay-as-you-feel donation basis. We suggest a donation of $20-$40, however please contribute what you can.
All proceeds donated to Zonta House Refuge Association supporting women and their families who have experienced family and domestic violence. 1 in 4 women have experienced domestic violence, and approximately 120 people a week are hospitalised due to domestic violence. Trying to escape this situation is not an easy task, which is why organisations such as Zonta House are so crucial for our community.

Your generosity will help us extend the gift of wellness to other women who need it most.

Clothing Swap

Join our clothing swap and refresh your wardrobe while giving back! Please bring your gently used clothing items to swap, and take home some new treasures. Racks will be provided, so just bring your clothes and a willingness to share and receive.

Remaining clothing swap items will be donated to a local women's shelter.

Event details

Please arrive at 2:50pm, the event will start promptly.

Bring a yoga mat, waterbottle, sweat towel, clothes you want to donate to the clothing swap and an open heart.
