FAQs
Who should attend this?
We've created the event so that it caters to sports administrators and coaches as well as aspirational young people (14-18) looking to start their path in the sport industry.
Do I need to be a basketball person?
No! We're assembling people from a range of sports, each with a unique story to share. We can never guarantee that you won't leave with a soft spot for basketball though...
Why the Girls in Sport Leadership Summit?
The event is made possible by the Office for Women in Sport, one of many projects aiming to promote gender equity within sport. Hence the focus on girls! But the principles covered at the Summit will be just as applicable to all genders.
