Our Girl’s Night In’ event will be a function to promote wellbeing and mental health. It will be aimed at women of all ages, and the purpose is to encourage and promote confidence and social connectivity within our community.

We are excited to announce we have guest speaker Rosanne Oates attending this event.

Rose is a Perth-based Australian content creator, writer, speaker, and personal trainer. She is recognised for her advocacy in body confidence and self-acceptance, often sharing her experiences as a mother of four through candid and humorous content. Her work emphasises themes of motherhood, style, and body positivity, aiming to inspire others to embrace their worth and authenticity.
Rose's educational background includes training from the Australian Institute of Fitness, which complements her role as a personal trainer and wellness advocate.

We also have Amy Rodgers, founder of Align with Amy, joining us for the night. Amy will be facilitating a gentle flow yoga session finishing with a meditation. The session is designed with a feminine aspect in mind, with both connection to the body and tapping into our feminine energy.

The final aspect of our evening will be a cocktail/mocktail making workshop run by Ku Barz Perth. The class includes a mix of alcoholic, low alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. Everyone gets to have a go at making their own drinks!
