Warm hearts and cool treats! We Are Blood is partnering with Austin icon Amy’s Ice Creams to thank local blood donors heading into the holiday season.
From November 1 through November 14, everyone who donates blood or platelets at any of We Are Blood's four fixed donor centers or mobile drives will receive a voucher for a FREE pint of Amy’s Ice Creams!
November is a critical transition month for our regional blood supply. As holiday travel begins and schedules fill up, donor turnout traditionally drops—even as local hospital needs remain constant. Your single donation directly supports patients across more than 50 local hospitals and medical facilities in our 10-county service area. Book your spot today, save up to three lives, and treat yourself to a scoop of classic Austin sweetness. Appointments are highly encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
