This 2-hour online workshop gives you a structured model for delivering feedback that’s specific, actionable, and actually drives behaviour change and action, plus techniques for receiving feedback without taking it too personally.

The Problem

Tech leaders avoid feedback until it becomes a performance issue or they start to see it affecting their team’s work and culture. Feedback is a powerful tool. It’s an opportunity to have a conversation and explore what behaviours you want to see more of and what’s not working well.
