Join POISE Foundation for Sankofa Fund: Celebrating the Past, Creating a New Future, a special event marking the relaunch of the Sankofa Fund of SWPA, a giving circle of individuals dedicated to pooling their time, talent, and resources in support of issues and organizations impacting the Black community. Held in honor of Black Philanthropy Month 2025, this powerful gathering will bring together legacy members, community partners, and new voices to honor the fund’s past and unveil bold plans for its future.
