Let's give thanks for the journey of 2021, and sow beneficial intentions for the year to come.

Gratitude is the fuel that fills the heart and activates the soul.

Instead of heading into the new year with a sense of lack, regret or unfulfillment, you'll be guided to reflect on all that has unfolded with a sense of equanimity, acceptance and peace.

This will prepare your mind and heart to be like fertile ground for planting new, intentional seeds, that will flourish.

Choosing higher intentions to live by as we move forward into 2022, will gift us, and others around us, a life full of purpose and meaning.

During this event, you will:

Be guided to reflect on, and honour, the gifts of the past
Practice mindful yoga, to bring your state of being into presence, while being bathed in the live uplifting, soul-full and euphoric sounds of Dubarray
Be guided through a Tibetan Buddhist death meditation to transition from this moment into the next; from 2021 into 2022.
Get clear on your highest intentions for the year ahead
Be shown how to best sow your intentional seeds so they flourish and thrive!

A delicious chai and other herbal teas will be on offer. You'll also get to take-home a pot-plant to nurture your intentional seeds.

WHEN: Wednesday 15th December 2021, 5pm - 7:30pm

WHERE: Chambers Island (Maroochy Sailing club)
Park up around 57 Bradman Avenue, and take the pedestrian bridge across to the island.

WHAT TO BRING:

Yoga mat, cushion and warm blanket
Water bottle
Layers (to take off if it's warm, and put back on if it cools down)

ERIN LEE
Erin Lee is the Founder of The Mindful Yoga School - a yoga, mindfulness and meditation training centre. She’s also the resident yoga teacher at Chenrezig Institute, a centre for Buddhist study, meditation and retreat located in Eudlo.
