Giving Thanks '25 & Planting Karmic Seeds '26
Event description
Are you looking for a meaningful way to honour and close out this year? Would you like support connecting to your highest resolutions as you head into another new year?
During this event, you'll be guided to give thanks for the journey of 2025, and sow beneficial intentions for the future year 2026, in a very heartfelt, connecting and embodied way - including a guided gentle yang and yin session with Erin Lee featuring incredible live music from internationally renowned musician Tenzin Choegyal.
What you'll experience:
Be guided to reflect on the year that has been, through a contemplation meditation exploring acceptance, compassion, forgiveness, and peace.
Enjoy a Q&A with Tenzin Choegyal prior to dropping in deep to his incredible sounds which he plays live throughout the yoga offering.
Move through a gentle yoga flow, offering space and wakefulness to the body - and presence to the mind. Then drop into longer-held restful yin/restorative poses supporting you to feel your highest intentions awaken in real-time.
Allow your intentions to become a lighthouse for all your 2026 aspirations, set through a final guided mediation.
Featuring live music by Tenzin Choegyal
He's one of the world’s finest musicians in the Tibetan tradition. As a son of Tibetan nomads, he feels a particular connection to the music of the high Himalayan plateau.
In a career spanning 20+ years Tenzin has performed at festivals across Australia and curated numerous events and concerts including Brisbane’s annual Festival of Tibet. Internationally he has performed in New Zealand, Japan, India, Germany, Bangladesh, Russia and USA, including performances at New York’s Carnegie Hall.
