The combination of headliners Glam didn't know it needed - Tinika & dozie (UK) at Glamorama Saturdays.

Melbourne / Naarm-based heavyhitter Tinika brings her signature bass-driven sound to Glamorama. As one of the key faces of the UK Funky scene in Melbourne, if you’re coming to let go and let loose, this is the night to do it. Drawing inspiration from the sounds of afro-diasporic club culture, Tinika crafts sets that are creative, bass-heavy, and full of intention - taking the crowd on a journey with one goal in mind: to get you moving. Her releases Genesis and Running Outta Time are proof that innovation and creativity sit at the core of what she does - and exactly what she’ll be bringing to the floor.

Co-headlining the night is dozie (UK) - a familiar face at Glam both behind the scenes and on the decks. Since relocating to Melbourne two years ago, her sets have become a reflection of her wide-ranging taste: holding strong to the UK flavour with garage and breaks, while also embracing the local love of techno and house. If you’ve caught one of her sets, you already know - nothing is off-limits. Having shared lineups with the likes of Soul Mass Transit System, Flava D, and Groove Armada, we’re keen to see what she brings for her first headline show on home turf.

Kicking off the night is No Era, with Cheekz on closing duties - an epic line up from start to finish. Then out in the courtyard, Cherub Sounds will be holding it down from 8PM till 1AM with an all femme lineup of the best up and coming local talent in the city. High energy vibes from the get go and free for those keen to get started early!
