Retreat Topic: A Life Without Stress
Do you ever find yourself feeling stressed about things or frustrated with people or life? Would you like to be free from this kind of stress?

We all have to deal with difficult situations in life, and from time to time, we all have to deal with people we’d rather avoid. It’s easy to feel that dealing with these things prevents us from enjoying our life. It’s easy to react to challenging situations and people by feeling overwhelmed, stressed, upset or angry.

We can change this. We can’t avoid every difficult situation or person, but we can change our experience of them. Buddhist wisdom gives so much practical and timeless advice that will enable you to learn how to stay calm and strong in the face of life’s challenges. These practical, tried and tested techniques will enable you to respond to difficulties with a peaceful and positive mind. By applying them in your life, you’ll gradually reduce and eventually have a life without stress.

During this weekend retreat, Gen Ani, will guide you to uncover the mental habits that lie at the root of your stress and explain how to undo them. You’ll learn how to respond to difficulties in ways that enable you to stay inwardly at peace.
