Thank you for registering for the @EventName.

The @EventName is a great community event designed to bring kids together outside of their footy teams in a fun and safe environment.

Below are some key details to ensure you child has a great day at Footy Camp.

Camp starts at 9am and drop off is permitted from 8.30am. No supervision is provided before 8.30am.

Pick up is at 3pm (unless your child is booked into Aftercare).

Camp close is at 5pm if your child is booked into Aftercare.

Please ensure you sign in and out when dropping off and picking up. Signing in is at the clubhouse right next to the Oval underneath the light rail arches. If you wish your child to be picked up by a non-parent or carer, or for them to sign themselves in and out of Footy Camp, please email authority footycamp@glbejafc.org.au before the camp day.

We are a COVID Safe Club and we have a COVID Safety Plan for this camp which is consistent with the current guidance from the Federal and NSW State Governments, AFL and our club policies and values. So as with club training, please do not bring your child to camp if they are sick for any reason, have any cold like symptoms, have been to any known hotspot, or has been told by any other party to self isolate. You acknowledge that children with any cold or flu symptoms will not be able to participate and their parent / carer will be contacted to collect them. Sharing of water bottles, food or clothing will not be permitted.

What to bring:

Please pack morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, as well as a water bottle.

The kids will need footy boots, hat and a light rain jacket. Please also bring some alternative shoes/runners in case of wet weather.

Wet Weather Plan - unless we have extreme weather, we will be running the footy camp. We have some great activities planned under cover at the Oval should the weather not allow us on the field during the day.
