Back by even more popular demand, the Glebe Greyhounds Winter Footy Camp is on again this school holidays.
It will be a great week of fun and skill development at Jubilee - Monday 4th July to Thursday 7th July from 9am to 3pm. A great time to polish up those footy skills as we get into the 2nd half of the season. For new Greyhounds, this is the chance to get 'weeks worth' of skills work over just a few days to build on all that hard work since the start of Auskick.
Drop-off anytime from 8.30am and book into aftercare from 3pm as you need it.
This camp will be run by Oscar Gibbins, a 132 game Glebe club legend and award winning Glebe Coaching Director. Oscar has a crack team of coaches and has put together a program that will see the kids have a lot of fun while improving their football skills and game play.
We are a COVID Safe Club and we have a COVID Safety Plan for this camp which is consistent with the current guidance from the Federal and NSW State Governments, AFL and our club policies and values.
The kids will spend maximum sun safe time outside, and we will enforce hygiene measures, and extra hand sanitizing stations and hand-washing facilities will be provided.
Given the relatively stable COVID Situation in NSW, we are optimistic our camp will proceed as planned. However, we will of course update you of any changes that may impact the running of the camp.
