I'm thrilled to have Michelle Lampis covering for my class while I am overseas in April. If you have danced with Michelle Lampis you know what an incredibly committed 5Rhythms teacher she is, and if you haven't you are in for a treat. She holds such an exquisite space, clear, grounded, sacred and honest. A message from Michelle:

"I am really excited to be back in my hometown covering for Sue on April 17th. I LOVE teaching the 5Rhythms practice that catalysed my life 20 odd years ago.
