Glenbrook Yoga Space Postpartum Village Circle
Event description
The idea behind this circle is to create a beautiful community where we can share safely about all the challenges and triumphs of motherhood. Claire is a doula and an experienced circle facilitator. All mothering journeys, approaches and experiences are welcome and honoured at these circles.
This is a beautiful chance to make new Mum friends and let the babies hang out too! This idea is very close to my heart as I know how lonely motherhood can feel without other Mamas to share it with.
This circle will have a focus on birth story sharing and reflecting on birth experiences.
Light refreshments provided. I can't wait!
Appropriate age for babies (our VIP's in circle) is anywhere from newborn up to crawling (there are stairs, hence not being very suitable for walkers/toddlers however, please get in touch if you'd like to come with a walker/toddler and we can discuss this)
