Please join us for a special networking event for artists and creatives based in Merri-bek’s north.
Hosted by acclaimed Glenroy-based singer/songwriter Kylie Auldist, this event is designed to bring together local artists and creatives for networking and relationship building.
The format of the event is a speed networking session, where every 5 minutes, a bell will ring, indicating it is time to meet a new artist. Secure your spot today and expand your professional creative network like never before.

Arrival & Registration:
6pm – 6.20pm
Before the main event, you will meet casually with other attendees while enjoying light refreshments. Please see staff at the entry desk to receive a name tag.
Introduction, Acknowledgement of Country, Opportunities at Merri-bek
6.20pm – 6.45pm
Host Kylie Auldist will start with an Acknowledgment of Country and introduce the event. Kylie will explain the process of speed networking. Hear from Festivals Officer Simone Ruggerio about upcoming creative opportunities at Arts Merri-bek and Makerspace Technican Jem De Salis about how you can be involved in the Glenroy Community Hub Makerspace program
Speed Networking Begins:
6.45pm – 7.45pm
Every 5 minutes, a bell will ring, indicating it is time to meet a new artist. The speed networking component will last for an hour, ensuring time to connect with several artists during the session.
Open Networking & Close:
7.45pm – 8pm
