GLF Connect Spring Event - Humanity beyond politics.

What happens when we pause the headlines, put politics to one side, and focus on the human experience underneath?

This interactive GLF Connect Spring Event is a facilitated learning experience designed to help leaders better understand how people make meaning of complex experiences and how we can foster connection in an increasingly divided world.

Drawing on themes of migration, identity, conflict, belonging and resilience, the evening begins with a specially designed AI-generated short film depicting real human stories. Facilitator Paul Mayers will then guide participants through the Integral Quadrants framework, exploring the stories through the lenses of individuals, systems, cultures and behaviours.

Through reflection, discussion and practical learning, participants will gain new perspectives on empathy, inclusion and values-based leadership, while challenging themselves to see the human beyond the issue.

Expect a thought-provoking learning experience, meaningful conversation, and the opportunity to connect with a community of reflective leaders.

Who should come: GLF alumni and interested connections, foundation and honorary members, supporters and sponsors - for interested in leadership, empathy and building connection across difference.

Stay afterwards for a drink, some food, and further conversation.
