Welcome to GLIMMA 2026.

We’re super pumped to bring this to life — our first gathering at ArtSpace, where sound, and body merge into one shared field.

Born from 80s club culture — when dance floors were galleries, stages, and sanctuaries all at once — GLIMMA is a gathering rooted in movement and community.

Led and curated by Mover and Shaker Maya Sheridan, GLIMMA moves through electro, dancehall, glitter-laced club heat and experimental sound — where rhythm becomes ritual. Featuring a stellar line-up of artists led by DJ GNGR (Afrobeats/Amapiano) and Charlie Villas (Disco/House), alongside a celestial response from Artist Michaela Gleave.

The day will open with a pre-dance movement session to reconnect with your feet, the ground, and each other before the dance floor opens. Each edition is part dance floor experience, part performance, part gathering. Joy as connection, not escape. A way back to each other.
