Global Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Tasting

Slow Food Columbus invites you to join us for a global bean-to-bar chocolate tasting, featuring (at least) seven samples and stories of chocolates from different corners of the world!

Note that our event will actually begin next door to Paris 75, at the Dublin Toy Emporium.

Food anthropologist and SFC Chapter Leader Mark Anthony Arceño will guide attendees on a multisensory chocolate tasting, while our host and owner of Paris 75 Jennifer Harp will share her vast knowledge of the chocolate producers whose chocolates we will be tasting. In the process, you will learn from Jennifer how she articulates the evening's offerings as good, clean, and fair for all.

We will encourage you to keep good notes of your favorite bites, as our evening together will conclude with coffee and a visit to Paris 75, where you can purchase the sampled chocolate and/or explore countless others!
