Event description

The first in a new series where we go deeper than just exploring business opportunities in a region and actually feel what it's like to be there on the ground.

And where better to start than with China:

  • the world's second largest population and economy

  • Australia's number 1 trading partner by a long way and

  • A country that is often a misunderstood enigma to the Western world

We'll be hearing from experts who work across Australia and China, learning about business etiquette, enjoying local food & drink from the region and networking with a community from across China and Australia.

Dickie Currer - Founder, Hype Man Media & Co-Founder, Future Connected

Dickie is the Founder of Hype Man Media, a Media Production House focussed on connecting Australian Startups with the world through Storytelling, Events and Advisory.

He's also the Co-Founder of Future Connected, helping cross-border collaboration between Startup ecosystems, a Mentor in Residence for ACS Labs and Co-National Lead of Tech Australia Advocates.
