Global Kitchen welcomes foodies of all skill levels, from novice cooks to seasoned home chefs. This monthly cooking club will feature local chefs showcasing some of their favourite authentic dishes. Come along to view a cooking demonstration, have a taste test, be inspired to try something new and learn about cultural traditions associated with different cuisines from around the world.  

Everyone is welcome, however we are unable to cater for specific food intolerances, allergies or dietary preferences. 

Participants must be over the age of 18 years due to health and safety requirements.

Lilly Wright’s love affair with cooking began as a kid in her mum's kitchen. Slurping noodle soup and daydreaming about sambal and laksa, her itching for good food thrust her into the cafe industry straight after moving to Ballarat. She picked up a few tricks along the way working under the umbrella of a Chef, and learned so much as a Cafe Coordinator, baker, and cook. She started her own food venture by selling a jar of chili oil and sambal in 2021 during the Covid lockdown.
