Rāngai presents a vision for an international production community located here in Te Tairawhiti.
Rāngai’s unique public/private partnership has an emphasis on building talent from the ground up. We provide students access to the industry's most advanced technologies and provide commercial work to substitute student projects.
Rāngai will explain how we can deliver incredible outcomes with a commercial business model, achieving more in a sustainable way, including:
- Supporting a pathway to a new bachelor's degree in Tairāwhiti letting students earn while they learn, removing the barrier of cost.
- Providing a competitive advantage to local production companies and independents through subsidised cast and crew hire
- Coordinate international production and postproduction, enabling a 24 hour workflow through a local workforce.
